The Comprehensive Assessment is a diagnostic tool is conducted, and based on the information provided, a level of use is identified, discussed with the individual, and an appropriate care plan is recommended.

A guide through your recovery

Following the Comprehensive Assessment, I will work with you to determine the best recovery plan based on the results found. Through my commitment to person-centered, holistic practice, we’ll coordinate your care plan together.

Plans will vary based on my knowledge and resources as well as the needs of the individual.

Counseling sessions utilize evidence-based practices that can take place in both individual and family group settings. The outcome of this work depends largely on your willingness to engage in this process. Your recovery is unique to you and I am committed to supporting you in a holistic, culturally-respective manner.

Group Counseling Sessions

Curated, small group services

Small groups are thoughtfully designed and utilized to help reduce relapse rates and recidivism, and promote healthier thought patterns and community engagement. Topics vary based on the needs of the group participants.

Some group topics may include mental health awareness and education as it impacts substance use, abuse, and relapse prevention are incorporated.

Telehealth

Get treatment that's convenient for you

Telehealth offers a convenient way for individuals access to treatment services with the same curriculum as in-person appointments. These services are open to any Minnesota resident 18 years of age or older and is a convenient solution for those with transportation, childcare, or rural location limitiations.

Telehealth is offered through a confidential, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing service and clients will receive a private access link to be used throughout the course of treatment. Programming is flexible and based on your individual comprehensive assessment.
